Full Body H.I.I.T Workout – Follow Along

This workout starts with a short warmup, an explanation of the 7 exercises (I give options for every exercise), followed by the complete workout. It is 45 seconds of strain and 15 seconds of rest, 7 exercises, 3 rounds. Enjoy! Peace!
