Make your downward dog a little bit smaller by decreasing the space between your legs and arms by half a step. Start with your legs bend, straighten your back and keep tension in your abs at the same time. Belly button squeezes towards your spine and up. Legs and belly touch each other, from here, start to straighten your legs as much as possible without loosing the connection of your legs and your belly. Move dynamically up and down for a while and enjoy. Peace!
