Flow Into Your Day is a 4-week Yoga program. The program consists of 7 classes for every day of the week. Each class has a different theme and lasts for about 30 minutes. Every day has a different focus to start your day with the right energy, get your body moving and give you some time for breathing and centering.
Monday: Grounding.
Tuesday: Energy Boost.
Wednesday: Stress Relief.
Thursday: Power.
Friday: Centering.
Saturday: Fun.
Sunday: Release.
They are perfect to do in the morning, but of course, any other time of the day is suitable, too.
