My favorite. Start in a push up position. Move your hands to the front until the furthest point where you can still keep your core strength (nable squeezes inside and up the spine). Stay here for a few seconds. Make small baby steps with your feet reaching your hands. Your Weiterlesen…
Try to make your hips go upwards and have a little bit of hang time in the air. Once you master that, you can also do this without moving forward and bring your legs in the air.
Make sure to land with the same foot that you lift first. Right hand, left hand, right foot, left food, right food, left food…
Not a perfect crab walk though. I definitely have to practice more. But you’ll get it, I am sure.
I think this movement is called dragon walk. Do dragons really walk? Or do the fly? I call it dragon fly. But how the hell do we know how dragons move? Apparently they do and it looks just like me in this video.
Put your hands slightly underneath your soles, your belly touches your thighs. Keep the tension in your straight back. Straighten your legs to the last point you can still keep your belly attached to your thighs, go back and forth.
